Derived from the Norwegian word for "wild", Villr Surf Co. reflects the untamed beauty of the Lofoten Islands and the adventurous spirit of surfing. The logo, constructed from various fonts for each letter, symbolises the coming together of different cultures, people, and skill levels—an essential part of the Villr Surf Co. ethos. This typographic approach speaks to the dynamic, diverse community that the brand is fostering.
For the website, the design is rooted in a sense of belonging and inclusivity. The user experience was crafted to feel like a virtual community hub, encouraging engagement through its clean, inviting interface. Key elements include event promotion, community-driven content, and an online shop that celebrates sustainable surfing gear.
